My facebook isn’t in my twitter connections, I already tried that.

Choose one twitter message or tweet posted in your facebook wall and click the “X” button located at the upper right of that tweet/message and you can see 3 options there upon clicking the “X”

1. Remove this post
2. Remove Twitter
3. Mark as spam

Choose #2 for you to stop the automatic updates of twitter on your facebook.

Question: How can I get Twitter feeds to automatically post to my Facebook page instantly?
How can I stream Twitter Feeds to my Facebook page in real-time, without any delay? I used to use “Smart Tweets For Pages” in Facebook, but now, I have to administer the Twitter pages that I want to feed to my Facebook page. RSS Graffiti is delayed a little bit. What application can I use that does this instantly?

There should be several buttons on the sight that asks you if you want to connect your facebook to twitter and viceversa

Question: Does the Barracuda filter automatically detect a “social networking” website?
Or would someone have to be monitoring your usage and manually block you out of those sites?

By default the Barracuda does not filter any social networking websites. These would typically need to be either enabled or entered in by hand by an administrator who might notice either large volumes of traffic to and from a particular website or that the company policy enforces blockage of such sites.
