I am looking for a great blogging website, but there are just too many! I am actually looking for a website that’s free and there can be many bloggers on one site. For example, I created a blog and people who I choose (friends and family) can easily start blogging on the site. If I could easily update it from my iPod touch that would be nice. And if I could personalize easily. (Have my own logo and background) Note this is not mandatory! Thank You’s ahead!

What is the point of “social networking” sites?
Question: What is the point of “social networking” sites?
So I was wondering, is there even a point to so-called “social networking” sites? I mean, all you do is sit there “OMFG OMFG I CAN HAS FRIENDS?!!!??!” and talk to people. Why even do that? If you want to socialize, why not join a forum or something? Or even better, play an MMORPG where you can actually do such things as game and compete while you “socially network”?
Really, are “social networking” sites 100% pointless or do they actually have some use I’m unaware of? All they seem to be is places where camwhores and other misc. cancer that is killing the internet can post poor-quality pictures of themselves and TyPe LyKe DiS.
